office. Com21net’s new Panama office will service

of directors appointed Mr. Jose Picans to lead the Panama
office. Mr. Picans is a Telecommunications and Network
Engineer with 10 years work experience in corporations
such as Cintech Solutions (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Attachmate
Corporation (Seattle, Washington).
